Terms of Service govern the relationship and engagement with Boopis Media’s (collectively referred as we/ our/ us) products, solutions, websites, add-ons, extensions, websites, blogs and services (collectively referred as Service).
Please read carefully before using the Service.
Your use of the Service means your acceptance, adherence and compliance with the terms and service.
These terms apply to all of the following products along with any other products not mentioned: PDF to Sheets, Email Parser, Forman, Quickbooks Connect.
Fees & Subscriptions
Service is offered as either free, paid, or freemium models. The fee is governed by the pricing plans effective in each Service.
All paid Services are billed on a subscription basis and charged in advance at the frequency defined in your plan (monthly, yearly, or otherwise). The subscription is tied to your account (email) and will automatically renew unless cancelled by you before the renewal date.
You are solely responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through your account settings. If you do not cancel prior to your renewal date, you will be charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for unused time, failure to cancel on time, or accidental renewals.
Some consultancy, personal support, or custom development Services may be charged separately on a fixed-price or hourly basis. These fees are agreed upon in writing prior to service commencement and are non-refundable once work begins.
Refunds & Chargebacks
All subscription fees and payments are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree that:
- No Refunds – Payments already processed cannot be refunded in order to avoid payment gateway charges, accounting complications, and abuse of the Service.
- Cancellations Are User Responsibility – You must cancel your subscription yourself before the renewal date to avoid further charges. Contacting support after renewal does not qualify for a refund.
- Chargebacks / Payment Disputes – You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through Stripe, your bank, or credit card provider as a method of obtaining a refund. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, revoke access to all Services, and pursue collection of any amounts owed, including reimbursement of fees incurred by Boopis Media.
- Exceptional Cases – In rare and exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Boopis Media. Our decision will be final and binding.
Accounts
When you use our Service, you create an account with us. You must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and it’s internal contents will remain the exclusive property of Boopis Media. You shall not attempt to unpack, reverse engineer, duplicate our Service. The Service is protected by laws of the United States of America and foreign countries. Our brands and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Boopis Media.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Boopis Media, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
In addition, Boopis Media shall not be liable for:
- Losses resulting from user error, including but not limited to failure to cancel a subscription, accidental renewals, or misuse of the Service.
- Any financial or accounting consequences incurred by you as a result of your use (or non-use) of the Service, including tax reporting obligations.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Depending on Service, it may be constituted of external systems and services (like Google’s G Suite platform, Cloud Platforms, APIs, environment etc.) and the availability may be directly impacted by external system’s availability. There is no guarantee or warranty for the service availability, up-time, and continuity.
Boopis Media do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Others
You agree that we can feature your company logo, website and domain name as a customer in our website.

Your subscription fee does not include support, if email support is included in your plan, support will be provided. Please use the Contact Form to query or raise a support issue with us. You will get a response within 1 to 2 business days.
